Discussion outline

• Sander and Roland shared an update according to the SSO & DMS. Sander has implemented the end times for a consent and Roland is working on taking this a step further by pinging all the sites related to this consent. The dev team is fine-tuning the service while a demo will be launched for the team to be tested asap. The team discussed with Roland and Sander about the user’s withdraw consent procedure and management by the system.  

• The team reviewed the status of the “SSO & DMS implementation on priorities” related task and discussed about the way that Luca, Sandra and Yves will collaborate with Roland and Sander to contribute on that. 

• Luca shared an update on the Backup Policy task and sent a reminder to the Webmasters to complete it. The results will be evaluated and as for the next step, Luca with Achilleas are expected to work on an updated Backup Policy that will be shared with the Webmasters.

• Alkaios and Achilleas shared an update on the Cookie Control service implementation on properties. The team discussed about any issues that must be delivered before the final implementation. Cookie policy texts to be reviewed before published. OSM property was proposed as the first property to implement the script. The team will contact Michael Babker for further guidance on the implementation steps.
